We understand that although you can't answer every call, every call could be important for your business. That's why we give all our business customers free access to this service. You do not pay when you retrieve your Voice Mail messages. And you can personalise your message to tell people where you are.

  • listen to your messages from any Orange phone or landline by dialing 123 - you'll need to set up your PIN first

When choosing a PIN number make sure it is memorable but not too obvious - avoid numbers like 1111, 1234 or your date of birth. Avoid writing your PIN number down, or sharing it with anyone else. To set up your PIN, just call your Voice Mail and follow the prompts.

To deposit a message in someone's Voice Mail will cost you Rs1/min. Retrieving messages is free.

how do I know that there's a message in my mailbox?


When a voice mail is deposited, an SMS will alert you. Just dial 123 to retrieve your message, it doesn't cost anything.
